On-site registration will not be available. Please complete your registration before arriving at the venue.

If you only wish to register for participation (not for presentation), there is no need to create a user account.

Those who register by the early registration deadline (October 31) will receive a conference guide and a participation certificate by mail.

Registrations made after the early registration period will be at the regular price, and participation certificates will not be mailed. Please collect them at the on-site reception.

Payment of participation fees is generally by credit card. If you are unable to complete the payment via credit card, please select the credit card payment option during registration and complete the registration. Then, transfer the fee to the following postal transfer account and inform the office via email.

＊	The cost of the proceedings is included in the participation fee. The proceedings will be distributed via download.
＊	The proceedings are scheduled to be available for download in mid to late November 2024 (one to two weeks before the conference). The release date refers to the day when the download of the proceedings will become available.
＊	If you prefer to receive the proceedings on a CD, there will be an additional charge of 2,000 yen. If you wish to receive the CD, please request it when you register. The CD will be shipped after the conference.
＊	If you wish to purchase only the proceedings CD without participating in the conference, the cost will be 10,000 yen. If you would like the CD mailed to you, please indicate this when applying and provide the desired mailing address. Shipping is scheduled for after the conference.

If you are making a payment for multiple people at once, please list the names, affiliations, registration items, and payment amounts for all applicants in the remarks section of the registration page. ◆Credit Card Payment◆

After submitting the registration form on the registration page, a page displaying the message "Registration Complete" will appear. On that page, follow the link to the credit card payment page, and enter the necessary details, including your card information, following the on-screen instructions. After submitting the information, a confirmation email containing details of the application and the withdrawal amount will be sent. Please keep this confirmation email. The process is complete once the confirmation email is received. (For those purchasing only the proceedings and wishing to have them mailed, please indicate this in the remarks section of the registration page. If the mailing address differs from the registered address, please provide the desired contact information.)
