Oral Presentation
(1) Presentation Method and Time
The presentation will be given using a PC projector only, and will consist of a 10-minute presentation and a 5-minute Q&A session, totaling 15 minutes.
(2) Notes on the use of the PC projector
Please prepare your own PC for presentation.
Slide size of 16:9 is recommended.
Please prepare for connection to the PC projector via HDMI or RGB terminal.
If you need a laptop-specific connection adapter, please remember to prepare it by yourself.
If you wish to test projection, please do so during breaks.
Poster Presentation
(1) Poster preparation and size
Please make your poster in English.
The poster should be 85 cm (width) X 120 cm (height). Please prepare your poster within the size of 85 cm (width) x 120 cm (height).
The style and number of posters are free. Posters must be pinned to the panels. Pins will be provided at the side of the panel.
(2) Poster number
P1, P2, P3..." will be displayed on the upper left corner of the panel. on the upper left corner of the panel. Please display your poster on the panel numbered after P or PD of your presentation number (P1 for 29p1P1, P2 for 29p1P2...). Post deadline papers will be marked as PD1 for 29p1PD1, PD2 for 29p1PD2.... (Post deadline papers are indicated as PD1 for 29p1PD1, PD2 for 29p1PD2...).
(3) Posting of Posters
Posters must be posted by the start time of the session.
(4) Removal of posters
Please remove your poster as soon as possible after the session.
Posters that have not been removed 15 minutes after the end of the session will be removed by the staff.

All presenters are requested to be at the venue during the core time to answer questions, etc.
(6) Others
You are welcome to bring your own prototypes, but please note that we will not be able to provide desks, power supplies, etc.
