Additional Registration for the Reception

Additional registration for the reception is available. If you wish to register, please contact us via email at: opj(@)opt-j.com. We will provide you with the necessary instructions (including a URL for payment). If you prefer to register during the exhibition, please visit the registration desk, where a payment URL will also be provided.

Venue Guide (PDF)

The doors will open at approximately 8:30 a.m., and the registration desk will be available from the same time. Please note that registration will not be accepted at the venue. Ensure that your registration and payment are completed prior to your arrival.
Registration closes at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 26. If you register after this time, your registration status will be verified at the registration desk. Please inform the staff of your registration details upon arrival.

Photography and Recording

Please refrain from recording or taking photographs at the venue.

Internet Access at the Venue

Eduroam is available for use at the venue. For those unable to access eduroam, temporary accounts can be obtained at the registration desk. To avoid congestion, please try to request an account outside of peak times.

Access to Files

Passwords for accessing the following files will be emailed to those who have completed registration by noon on November 21. For registrations completed after this time, access information will be included in the "Payment Confirmation Email."

Conference Guide

A printed copy of the conference guide will be sent to all participants residing in Japan who registered up to registration No. E514, ensuring delivery by the start of the conference.

If you have not received the printed version by the conference date, please contact us using the link above. Alternatively, you may download the guide from the provided link if it has not arrived by the time of the meeting.

For participants residing overseas and those who registered after registration No. E515, a printed version will be available at the registration desk.

Certificate of Participation

For participants residing in Japan who registered up to registration No. E514, the certificate will be sent to you by the conference date. Please bring your registration card to the venue and present it at the registration desk.

If you do not receive your registration card by the conference date, it will be provided to you at the registration desk.

For overseas participants and those who registered after registration No. E515, the registration card will be handed out at the registration desk.

For those who wish to have their names or other details printed on the participation certificate, or who need to submit the certificate after the conference, please use the file linked above. If you require your name on the registration card or need to submit the registration card post-conference but do not have it available, please refer to the link provided.
