Call for Exhibition

OPJ2026 Optics-Related Products Exhibition Information

We are pleased to inform you about exhibition advertising opportunities for optics-related products at OPJ2026.

We hope you will make use of this as a venue for two-way communication with participants. We sincerely ask for your cooperation.

If you wish to exhibit, please fill in the required information on the exhibitor application form and submit it by email to opj-tenji（＠）gpi.ac.jp by Friday, October 9. (Depending on the exhibition format, the number of available slots may be limited. Applications will be closed once capacity is reached, on a first-come, first-served basis.)

Exhibitor Application Form

Exhibition Formats

Exhibit Booth: ￥100,000 (￥80,000 for supporting members)

Each slot includes approximately one long table's worth of exhibit space (up to approximately 26 booths are planned; applications will close once the available slots are filled).
Applicant companies may use "Advertisement Listing" free of charge. Applicant company logos will also be shown on the intermission slides.
Option: Your company name or product brand name can be attached to a designated session name, poster venue, or reception venue. An additional fee of ￥10,000 - ￥40,000 applies depending on the content. Interested companies are welcome to inquire.

Catalog Display: ￥30,000 (￥24,000 for supporting members)

Space will be provided (near the reception area of the lecture venue) for displaying pamphlets and similar materials (approximately 1/3 of a long table per slot). There are no restrictions on what may be displayed, as long as it fits within the allotted space.

Advertisement Listing: ￥20,000 (￥16,000 for supporting members) Data Deadline: Friday, October 9

Your advertisement will be included as one A4 color page in the electronic proceedings and one A4 black-and-white page in the printed conference guide (program booklet). A banner will also be posted on the conference website.

Coffee Break Sponsorship: ￥30,000 (￥24,000 for supporting members)

Your company name or product brand name will be displayed during coffee breaks. Applications are accepted on a per-day basis.

Sponsorship Contribution: ￥10,000 (per unit)

￥10,000 per unit. Sponsors contributing 5 or more units will be listed as Silver Sponsors, and 10 or more units as Gold Sponsors, listed separately from smaller-unit sponsors.

Note: Regardless of which plan you apply for, a banner advertisement and company introduction text will be posted on the OPJ2026 website.

If desired, please send the banner's link destination address along with the banner design image file*1, 2.

*1 We may adjust the size of the image file. (It will be resized to fit within 200 (width) × 50 (height) pixels for posting.)
*2 The image file format must be JPG, GIF (animated GIF acceptable), or PNG, with a maximum file size of 100KB.

If you wish to include a company introduction text, please write a description (within 100単 words) of your company's business and products in the "Exhibitor Application Form."

Payment Method

After your application is received, the OPJ2026 Secretariat will send an invoice. Please make payment to the account specified on the invoice by the designated date.

If you require a receipt, please let us know at the time of application.

Notes, Management and Safekeeping of Exhibited Items

The organizer will not be responsible for the management or safekeeping of items related to the exhibition. The organizer shall bear no responsibility for any compensation, increased costs, or other liabilities arising from damages incurred by exhibitors or their representatives due to the organizer's decision to change the format of the event, or to postpone or cancel it, as a result of natural disasters, man-made disasters, or other force majeure events.

While the organizer will exercise the utmost care in managing the venue during the exhibition period with regard to items related to the exhibition, the organizer bears no responsibility whatsoever in the unlikely event of accidents such as natural disasters, fire, theft, loss, or damage. Exhibiting companies are asked to take measures such as arranging insurance in advance.
