Post-Deadline Paper (PDP) Submission Guidelines

Submission Details:
Unpublished content related to Optics & Photonics science and technology.

Eligibility:
Members of the sponsoring, co-sponsoring, or supporting academic societies.

How to Submit Papers:
Please submit your paper as a PDF file using the same template as that used for general session papers, and send it via email to pdp(@)opt-j.com. This address is for PDP submissions only.

Manuscript Submission Period:
Monday, October 26, 2026 - Friday, November 6, 2026

Acceptance or Rejection:
The Program Committee will review the submitted manuscripts and notify you of acceptance or rejection via email.

Presentation Method:
Presentations will be made during the poster session.

The manuscripts of accepted presentations will be published in the conference proceedings.
