Venue Guide

The registration desk will open at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, November 27, and at 8:15 a.m. on Tuesday, November 28 and Wednesday, November 29.
Doors will open around 8:10 a.m. on each day at the Hokkaido University Conference Hall (Room A-F) and 9:30 a.m. on each day at the Hokkaido University Centennial Hall (Room G).
Registration will not be accepted at the venue. Please complete the registration and payment procedures before coming to the venue.

Recording, photography is prohibited.

Internet connection at the venue

You can use "eduroam" at the venue.
For those who cannot use "eduroam", a temporary eduroam account will be issued at the registration desk.
Please avoid the busy time at the registration desk when you apply for the account.

The passwords for access to the following files will be sent by e-mail to those who have completed registration by November 20.

Access information will be included in the "Registration Completion e-mail" for those who register on or after November 21.

Conference Guide

The printed version of the conference guide was scheduled to be sent out in advance, but for various reasons, we have decided to distribute it at the venue.
We appreciate your understanding in advance.

Name card and Participation certificates

Name card have been sent to those who have registered up to registration No. E495. Please bring it to the venue and present it at the registration desk.
If you have not received your name card by the conference date, it will be handed to you at the registration desk.
Please use the file linked above in case you need to submit your participation certificate after the meeting and do not have it at hand. There is no need to print it out and bring it with you.
