・講演者不在でも予定を繰り上げることなく、スケジュール通り進行します。
・安全第一で会場にお越しください。
・予稿集の発刊をもって発表と扱います。
According to the weather forecast, a Typhoon is approaching Japan early next week.
Please follow the instructions below when the whether warning is issued.
・If speakers are delayed or prevented from attending due to the weather conditions, it is not necessary to inform the OPJ secretariat.
・Sessions will take place on schedule regardless of presence/absence of a speaker.
・Please put your safety first.
・The publication of the proceedings may be regarded as a certificate of presentation.
